Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
